As we can see the front page of Mumbai Mirror, we searched the exact headline on Google and found the article on the official website of Mumbai Mirror and found that the article was two-year-old.

According to the report, Tata Trusts which is led by Ratan Tata pledged Rs 1,000 crore for cancer patients.

The article was dated October 20th, 2017.  Hence, this proves that Tata Trust did make the donation but not in 2019.
