The 2019 NBA Finals are finally here. For the first time in franchise history, the Raptors are in the NBA’s championship round.
The defending champion Golden State Warriors are facing off against the Toronto Raptors. Raptor’s Kawhi Leonard sets a brilliant performance–averaging 31 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists.
The Warriors tied the series in Game 2, winning 109-104, but the Raptors won Game 3, 123-109, making it a 2-1 victory over the Warriors. In game 4, Raptors walked off with 3-1 series win but Warriors’ impressive performance in Game 5 is changing the ball game.

Warrior’s biggest concern heading into the series is the health of Kevin Durant while Raptors, who have never made it there before in franchise history, It can also be viewed as a victory in terms of the team’s efforts to keep Kawhi Leonard around long-term. Playoff finals have surely creating the buzz, it’ll be exciting to see who wins the Game-6!
