A video of a ship stuck in a massive storm has surfaced on the internet following the cyclone Fani hit Odisha’s Puri.
The caption attached with the video read: “Cyclone “FANI” continues to strengthen as it tracks over the “BAY OF BENGAL”

When NewsMobile fact-checked the above video, we found that the video is not from the Bay of Bengal and it is an old video.
On putting different frames of the video through Reverse Image Search, we found the original video. which was originally posted on November 17th, 2016.
This almost three-years before cyclone Fani hence, it is clear that the claim attached to to the video is not true.
