Mary Kom, Sania Mirza, Juhi Chawla unite for Ananya Birla’s ‘Unstoppable’

Songstress Ananya Birla dropped a new music video that stars Sania Mirza, Juhi Chawla, Falguni Peacock and Kanika Kapoor. It also features Mary Kom, Neerja Birla, Aparna Popat, Pooja Hegde, Gabriella Demetriades, Anusha Dandekar, Sukriti Kakar, Karishma Chavan and Malini Agarwal.

All women in the video are seen standing together as empowered women, performing over Ananya’s vocals. The video is directed by my Karishma Chavan, who also directed ‘Tareefan’ from ‘Veere Di Wedding’.

A self-taught guitar and santoor player, she started her musical journey at the age of nine. While at the University of Oxford reading Economics and Management, she went through bouts of panic attacks and depression. Having realized she found her purpose, Ananya blindly dropped out of Oxford. She says ”I am not just living anymore; music makes me feel alive.”

Ananya Birla has also founded Svatantra Microfinance, a company that provides micro finance to rural women and CuroCarte, a luxury e-commerce platform. She also is involved in a mental health awareness initiative, Mpower, mum Neerja’s initiative
