Karan Johar’s sequel of the popular film ‘Student of the year’ has been in the news for a while. The first film propelled three stars into the industry, namely Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra and been doing well since then especially Alia who is currently one of the best actresses of contemporary times.
The sequel, ‘Student of the year 2’ will launch Ananya Panday and Tara Sutaria who will star alongside Tiger Shroff. The trio also made their debut in Karan Johar’s chat show, Koffee with Karan and talked about their experience of shooting the film. Since then the audiences have been awaiting the release of the first look and teaser. On Tuesday, the actors in the film shared a post on social media teasing the fans.

The makers have dropped a series of posters of the film on social media. The first one was captioned, ‘Are you ready to take the challenge?’ The release date of the trailer and film have also been shared.

Student of the Year 2‘s trailer will drop on April 12 and the film is set to release on May 10, 2019. The film is being helmed by Punit Malhotra and stars Tiger Shroff in the leading role with newcomers Ananya Panday and Tara Sutaria.
