Sitting MP and daughter of NCP chief Sharad Pawar, Supriya Sule, filed her nomination for Baramati Lok Sabha constituency on Wednesday.
Talking to the media, Sule said, “I take everything as a challenge and work hard to achieve the goals set.”

Expressing her views on issues in the ensuing Lok Sabha polls, Sule said, “Elections are part of our profession. This election is for progress and opportunity to do better work. Everyone has seen my work in Parliament as well as in my constituency.”
During a rally in Pune, she said if the UPA is voted to power after the elections, it will provide complete loan waiver to farmers, just the way it had done in 2009.
“The BJP could not fulfil the promises it had made five years ago. Now they have started criticising at personal level. This election is not about our family, it is about our nation’s election,” she added.

While Congress leader Mohan Joshi also filed his nomination for Pune parliamentary constituency on Wednesday.
NCP is contesting the elections in alliance with Congress in Maharashtra which has the second highest number of Lok Sabha seats after UP – 48.
Polling for Pune and Baramati seats will be held on April 23. Results will be announced on May 23.
