After China blocked the move the designate JeM Chief Masood Azhar a global terrorist at the UN Security Council, Congress President Rahul Gandhi launched an attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Gandhi on Thursday morning slammed PM Modi calling him as “weak”. His party said PM Modi’s foreign policy has been a series of “diplomatic disasters”.
Weak Modi is scared of Xi. Not a word comes out of his mouth when China acts against India.

Meanwhile, the United States warned China saying that they “may be forced to pursue other actions” at the Security Council if Beijing continued with this policy.
“If China is serious about these goals, it should not protect terrorists from Pakistan or any other country from being held accountable to the Council. If China continues to block this designation, responsible member states may be forced to pursue other actions at the Security Council. It shouldn’t have to come to that,” US Embassy spokesperson said.
Since the deadly Pulwama attack in which 40 soldiers were martyred, the Indian authorities were pushing harder to designate JeM chief as a Global Terrorist.
