Janhvi Kapoor, Bollywood remembers Sridevi on her first death anniversary

As February 24th, 2019 marks the first death anniversary of Sridevi, her daughter Janhvi Kapoor penned down a heartfelt post in fond remembrance.

She posted a black and white shot of their hands with a caption that has few words and millions of emotions behind it. She wrote “My heart will always be heavy. But I’ll always be smiling because it has you in it.”

Other Bollywood celebrities shares some throwback pictures and posts for Miss ‘Hawa Hawai’ as they extend their grief on her first death anniversary.

Farah Khan shared a major throwback picture of her and Sridevi from the 1994- World Tour, talking about how Sridevi was very supportive and encouraging since the beginning of her career in the industry.

Ram Gopal Varma, the filmmaker shared a throwback photo, in which Sridevi is seen having a fun time with filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma and actors Nagarjuna, Chiranjeevi and Venkatesh.

Many others including West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee, Shekhar Kapur, Anupam Kher, Rajat Sharma, Ajay Devgn extended their grief for the first Lady Superstar of Indian Cinema.

The veteran actor died due to accidental drowning in her hotel suite in Dubai, where she had gone to attend her nephew Mohit Marwah’s wedding.
