The national capital has been witnessing medium to heavy rainfall since Monday evening which has contributed to the better air quality. However, the usual morning fog still prevails owing to which the trains of the Northern Railways face a delay.
12 trains of the Northern Railways were delayed on Wednesday owing to low visibility due to fog.

Light showers and grey skies are expected throughout the day with minimum temperatures recorded at 15 degrees Celsius and maximum at 21 degrees Celsius.
