Indore aims to become landfill-free and garbage-free along the garbage being disposed of in eco-friendly ways with the help of a plant used for conversion of plastic waste into fuel.

The process begins with segregating the waste into dry and wet garbage at the collection source. After this, the garbage that is collected from all the houses is taken to ten nodal points and then to the trenching ground from there from where the further segregation of waste takes place.
