These smartphones are all set to step up the tech game in 2019!

This year is deemed to be a year full of new game-changing technological advances in the area od gadgets. From 5G compatibility to flexible displays, the smartphones in the markets will be a major change in the trends of the previous years.

Majority of the top smartphones will debut in the first half of 2019, where Samsung is expected to officially launch its foldable phone, which was unveiled in late 2018.

Some of the other phones that people are especially looking forward to in 2019-

OnePlus 7

After the OnePlus 6 and 6T in 2018 became a runaway success, the company is gearing up for its next-generation flagship smartphone OnePlus 7.

The phone is slated to be launched in the first half of this year and is said to come with a 5G support.

The OnePlus 7 will feature Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 855 processor and as per reports, it will sport an edge-to-edge display with waterdrop notch, three rear cameras, and up to 512GB built-in storage.

Samsung Galaxy S10

The foldable smartphone technology will be a major gamechanger and Samsung will be launching the Galaxy S10, which will open like a book to reveal a large 7.3-inch display consisting of three sub-displays.

The Samsung Galaxy S10 is also expected to feature a punch hole camera or the one of the newer Infinity-V, Infinity-O notches that the company showcased last year.

It also said to come with a 5G support and a revamped OneUI interface and Samsung is set to launch its foldable phone in March this year.

Nokia 9

Set to be the world’s first smartphone with penta-lens rear camera, the Nokia 9 will beat the Samsung Galaxy A9 which came out in 2019 with a quad- rear camera.

The Nokia 9 PureView, is said to feature seven circular slots with two of them being flash and fingerprint sensor. The phone is set to stand as a promise of better mobile photography and lowlight performance, and higher resolution. According to reports, Nokia 9 will do away with the notch on the top, and offer ultra slim bezels at the bottom and sides. The top bezel will have enough space to accommodate mic and hole for the front-camera.

The Nokia 9 Pureview will also include a 5.99-inch QHD PureDisplay screen with HDR10 support, 6GB RAM, 128GB storage and Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor.

Vivo Nex Dual

Called Nex Dual Display Edition, this Vivo smartphone come with a 10GB RAM, futuristic dual display and a triple camera system at the rear.

The Vivo Nex Dual Display Edition has a 6.39-inch Ultra FullView display with close to 91.63% screen-to-body ratio. The secondary display (5.49-inch Super AMOLED) is snapped on the back. It comes with 12MP dual-pixel main camera, a specialised night video camera and a time of flight (TOF) 3D camera.

It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 octa-core processor coupled with 10GB of RAM with 128GB storage and is set to hit the global markets in coming weeks.

Huawei P30 Pro

Considered as the successor to P20 Pro and Mate 20 Pro, Huawei’s next-gen flagship phones will come with an improved version of its Kirin 980 AI processor and will be 5G compatible.

The Huawei P30 is said to come with four rear cameras and will feature gradient glass-back, waterdrop-like notch, upto 6GB of RAM, and the Kirin 985 processor.
