It is said that a silence with a purpose is better with a voice with a meaning is and this is truly proven by a restaurateur based out of Jodhpur. Diwakar Arora, the owner of the restaurant has employed all specially-abled workers to run it.
The restaurant is named The Daily Grinds and right from the chef to the cleaners, account managers, and restaurant managers are people with special abilities.

According to the owner, opening the restaurant is a special initiative to show to the world that those with special needs are in no way different from the others, be it in their capabilities or anything else.
The team working at the restaurant is hearing-impaired, lacks the ability to talk. They have their own way of greeting and attending to the customers including taking orders, etc.

When the customers are ready with their orders, they have to point their fingers at the dish they would like to order from the menu upon which the waiters note down the dishes. The menu features fusion dishes as well as a changing menu every fortnight.
After the success of this outlet, the owner plans to expand the business to other cities in India as well to pass on the social message in a bigger way.
