Envoys of Kuwait, Belgium, Portugal and Cambodia presented their credentials to the President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind, at a ceremony held at Rashtrapati Bhavan on Thursday.

- Mr Carlos Jose de Pinho e Melo Pereira Marques, Ambassador of Portugal
- Mr Ung Sean, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia
