The round of diplomatic provocation between India and Pakistan has started and Pakistan cancelled the lecture of Indian High Commissioner Ajay Bisaria and that too 24 hours before it was scheduled.

The cancellation was informed by Pakistan through a letter from the National School of Public Policy where the lecture was scheduled. The letter of cancellation came without any reason listed.
The decision of cancelling the lecture comes after India cancelled talks with Pakistan. Earlier in September, Imran Khan had written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi calling for a resumption of peace and for talks.
During the UNGA address, Sushma Swaraj denied the fact that India does not want to initiate communication with Pakistan and said that ‘talks with Pakistan have begun many times. However, the only thing the stopped India was Pakistan’s behaviour’.

She further slammed Pakistan for extending its support to the masterminds of terrorist attacks, giving special attention on 9/11 attack in US and 26/11 attack in India.
