Jharkhand: A horrific incident took place in Jharkhand on Sunday when two minor girls were allegedly gang-raped by eleven men who were between the age of 18-28. They allegedly raped the girls near the Hirhi Harra Toli area.

The girls were travelling with their neighbor on a motorbike when they hit a sharp object and one of the girls called her friend for help and instead of one he sent his eleven friends who took all of them to an isolated place and beaten up the neighbour only to rape the girls.
The accused snatched away mobile phones of the victims. A case was registered in the Sadar Police Station according to the statement of the girls.

The task force was formed on the directions of Superintendent of Police Priyadarshi Alok to investigate the incident. It was headed by Sub-Divisional Police Officer Arvind Kumar Verma and Mahli. The team also recovered the mobile phones from the house of one of the accused, the DSP said.
