Ever since Bollywood actress Sonali Bendre revealed that she has been diagnosed with cancer, B-town has been sending their love and praying for her a speedy recovery.
Recently, Anupam Kher also spent some quality time with actress Sonali Bendre, who is currently undergoing metastatic cancer treatment in New York.
Kher shared a post on tweeter, calling Sonali his ‘hero’. ‘I have done few films with @iamsonalibendre. We’ve met socially many times in Mumbai. She always has been bright & a very warm person. But it is only in the last 15days that I got the opportunity to spend some quality time with her in NY. And I can easily say,”She is my HERO.”,’ he tweeted

They have worked together in many films like ‘Dhai Akshar Prem Ke’, ‘Keemat’ and ‘Dil Hi Dil Mein’.
He will soon be seen in ‘The Accidental Prime Minister’, in which he is playing the role of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. Anupam is currently shooting for a new medical drama show titled ‘New Amsterdam’.
