FACT CHECK

The video is absolutely real as UP cops did lathicharged youth protesters in the state, but it is not Lucknow. The incident took place on June 12, 2018, in Aligarh. And the youth who were lathicharged are the members of the Hindu Jagran Manch (HJM), a Hindutva outfit who were protesting outside the office of the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Aligarh, demanding the arrest of a person who had allegedly assaulted one of the members of HJM.
