It’s been over ten years since the iPhone family was introduced to the market and it is growing stronger now than ever before.
Over the years iPhone has changed a lot and it is now completely flipped. The most significant of the differences crop up when it comes to talking about a competition that the Cupertino technology giant experiences at the moment. Back then, Apple didn’t face tough challenges at keeping up with Android players.
Apple’s objectives have shifted over the years too. If they plan on keeping their consumers growing, it is surely crucial that they come up with more affordable options. Notably, one of the chief setbacks they faced during the sale of the 10th-anniversary-iPhone device ‘iPhone X’ in 2017 was its exorbitant price. Available at a whopping $1,000, the Tim Cook-led firm lost many of its users to Samsung and Google (among others) despite of packing iPhone X with all the fancy features possible. It’s alarming enough that iOS users can seamlessly switch to Android.

That would explain why Apple is in news overpricing its upcoming iPhone line-up at a cheaper — way cheaper price.
According to KGI Securities analyst, Ming-Chi Kuo — who is quite accurate at predicting Apple-related updates — the company might be working on introducing an all-screen iPhone for a fraction of the cost. Kuo thinks the upcoming iPhones might be priced at as low as $600 (roughly Rs 40,000).
“Kuo believes that Apple may release three iPhones in fall 2018 — a relatively affordable 6.1-inch LCD iPhone, a new 5.8-inch OLED flagship (perhaps the iPhone X2) and a 6.5-inch OLED ‘iPhone Plus’ model,” CNET reported on Sunday.
Meanwhile, another model — the 6.5-inch super-premium version, might still come for a higher price. Kuo forecasts that the handset might be priced between $900 to $1,000.
The Cupertino tech giant has not confirmed the news till the filing of this report.
