Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte did something unusual during his visit to South Korea.
Duterte during a meeting with the Filipino community on Sunday kissed a woman in the audience telling her that he would give a book titled ‘Altar of Secrets: Sex, Politics, and Money in the Philippine Catholic Church’ in exchange for a kiss.
He later asked the audience to not take the kiss seriously.
