A new song from the movie ‘Sanju’ has been released today titled, “Main Badhiya..Tu bhi Badhiya”.
The song has an 80s feel to it. The singers, Sunidhi Chauhan and Sonu Nigam have perfectly adapted the nasal singing tone. Ranbir Kapoor has enacted every word of the song which makes it more appealing.
In the song, Ranbir can be seen lip-syncing to a woman’s voice which is kind of comical.

Sonam is playing the love interest to Ranbir in the song. Their costumes and locations go well with the retro theme. They both debuted together in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Sawariya. Now, after 11 years they are back sharing screenspace together.
Sanju is a Ranbir Kapoor starrer, directed by Rajkumar Hirani, written by Abhijat Joshi and produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra. The movie is a biopic of actor Sanjay Dutt.

The song definitely gives us a major throwback of the 80’s romance.
The trailer of the film – which showcases the life of Sanjay Dutt has been receiving tremendous appreciation from viewers.

The uncanny resemblance of the ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ star and Sanjay in the posters and teaser has got fans extremely excited about the film.
Penned and directed by Hirani, the movie also stars Anushka Sharma, Paresh Rawal, Dia Mirza, Karishma Tanna, Manisha Koirala, Jim Sarbh, Vicky Kaushal, and Boman Irani in pivotal roles.

The film will hit the big screen on June 29.
