The company believes that customer service can be substantially improved when a certain ‘intelligence’ in delivering knowledge to employees is used in a personalized, engaging and gamified way.
Disprz counts Naspers, Mahindra, Motilal Oswal, Chaayos, Quess Corp, and Thyrocare, among others as its clients. Disprz provides a multilingual app that combines onboarding, on-demand knowledge delivery, employee engagement and real-time communication.
