One of the most highly awaited films in Tollywood is ‘Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’, as it brings two cinematic legends —Chiranjeevi and Amitabh Bachchan — on screen together.
While the shooting is still going on, things were only getting more exciting for cinema lovers. The buzz reached a crescendo when Big B himself shared exclusive snapshots of his character from the film. “SYEERA .. !! Narasimha Reddy .. the joy and honour of working with Chiranjeevi Garu .. !! (sic),” Amitabh Bachchan posted on Twitter, along with images of his character.

Big B went on to share more images in another tweet, which read, “NIRVAAN .. and the call of the Himalayas .. !! (sic).”

The Bollywood superstar seemingly excited about working with Chiranjeevi in the film. He also expressed his excitement through his blog before shooting for the film. “Dear friend Chiranjeevi, that majestic super star and icon from the world of Andhra and Telugu cinema, requests for a guest appearance in his magnum opus, on a most valiant period character that he portrays, and I agree .. so am off to begin its shoot in Hyderabad .. in a few hours .. the first look tests of which seem to be somewhat, thus …. as may be noticed .. the beard and the hair and the head, all in unison to make my working life a running hell, is back .. despite the swear of ‘never wanting to work in a film which required me to be of beard and wig’ (sic),” he wrote.
Directed by Surender Reddy, ‘Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’ is a biopic of the Rayalaseema freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy. Bankrolled by Ram Charan, the film also features Nayanthara, Kiccha Sudeep, Vijay Sethupathi and Jagapathy Babu in important roles.
