A massive landslide has taken place on the Chandigarh-Shimla National Highway on Saturday. Six parked cars have been reported as being buried under the debris but no casualties have been reported so far.
A video of the landslide shows a part of the hill opposite the temple near Bhattakufer collapsing and sweeping away the cars on the road. The incident took place near Dhalli Tunnel, close to Shimla.

According to reports, three people have been rescued from the spot.
The area has been witnessing heavy rainfall for the past three days. While cleanup and rescue work continues, police have diverted traffic via Sanjauli, on the outskirts of Shimla.
