A 20-year-old woman was allegedly raped and thrown off the under construction building by her friend near Delhi’s Begumpur area on Friday.
The incident was reported on August 11 and the victim was identified as a woman who works in a five-star hotel in Delhi. The woman has been admitted to BSA hospital in Rohini and accused has been arrested, according to the reports.

According to the police, victim along with accused Rohit along with a couple of friends was returning back from office when Rohit asked the victim to come with him to the building where he has parked his car.
After taking her to the building, the friends waiting outside the building heard a scream about half an hour later.
The locals then reported the police about the woman who fell from the 4th floor of the unreconstructed building with her clothes torn.

The police said, “Rohit has reportedly confessed that on the fourth floor, he drank and raped the woman and later pushed her when she tried to resist”.
DCP of Rohini confirmed that Rohit has been arrested and sent to the judicial custody.
