Delhi NCR is struggling when it comes to women safety from past few years. The situation looks far from being brought under control by the police when it comes to regular complaints of molestation in the city. One of the incidents took place on Friday night when a senior journalist faced a molestation just stone throw distance away from her home. This incident is a really shocking one for the woman as the incident took place at the car parking of her own society.

Senior Journalist of a leading news organization faced a nightmarish experience at Sector 57 Gurugram when she was groped by a man at the car parking near her house. After a struggle, the woman managed to overthrow her assailant, but he managed to flee with her gold chain, according to the police reports.
The saddening part of the incident was that the woman tried to chase down her assailant after the incident but the guards were standing idly instead of helping the woman, according to the reports.
Gurugram police were later informed and the team rushed to the spot but were unable to track the assailant.

With such incidences, Delhi NCR continues to retain its tainted image in the terms of women safety. Molestation is reported every two hours in the city, according to the recent reports.
