BJP member Anurag Thakur faced a stern warning from Lok Sabah Speaker Sumitra Mahajan for using mobile phone in Lok Sabha two days ago. Thakur apologized for allegedly shooting oppositions protest two days ago. Opposition members had complained and AAP member Bhagwant Mann had written a letter in this regard to the Speaker.

Anurag Thakur said “If somebody has an objection from me for using mobile phone, I sincerely apologize for that”

As the monsoon session has entered its eighth day, after the tussle between the opposition and the ruling government as the opposition questions on mob lynching and India-China standoff. There was an uproar in Parliament as Congress Leader Anand Sharma made statements over the speech by Ram Nath Kovind after being sworn in as the President. Mr. Kovind insulted Jawahar Lal Nehru and Mahatma Gandhi by not mentioning them in his speech.

According to the sources that CPM’s popular leader Sitaram Yechury might not return to Rajya Sabha for his third term and the seventh day was marked by the swear-in ceremony of Ram Nath Kovind as the 14th President of India.
