Government shuffles senior bureaucrats, here is the full list

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet, on Saturday, reshuffled senior bureaucrats and assigned new offices to them. Here is the full list of all the appointments.

1. Ashok MR Dalawai has been appointed as the CEO National Rainfed Area Authority, leaving his old post as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture, Cooperation &
   Farmers Welfare
2. Anup Wadhawan has been appointed as Additional Secretary, Logistics, Department of Commerce and will take charge of the newly created post of Special Secretary in the Ministry. Wadhawan was earlier the Additional Secretary, Department of Commerce.
3. J. Rama Krishna Rao has been appointed as Secretary, National Commission for Minorities and will depart from his post as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Defence.
4. Sanjiv Gupta, has been appointed as CEO, National E-Governance Division (NeGD), Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology. gupta was previously Additional Secretary, Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion
5. Usha Sharma has been appointed as Director General, Archaeological Survey of India. Previously she held the post of Additional Secretary, Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances as Director General
6. Alok Vardhan Chaturvedi has been appointed as Director General Foreign Trade and previously held the post of Additional Secretary, Department of Commerce.
7.  Anil Kumar Jain has been appointed as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Environment, Forests & Climate Change and previously held the post of Additional Secretary, NITI Aayog.
8. Nagendra Nath Sinha has been appointed as Managing Director, National Highways Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL).
9. VP Joy has been appointed as Central Provident Fund Commissioner, in the rank and pay of Additional Secretary.
10. Sunil Kumar has been appointed as Additional Secretary, Department of Commerce taking over from Alok Vardhan Chaturvedi.
11. Rajiv Ranjan Mishra has been appointed as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.
12. Pradip Kumar Tripathi has been appointed as Additional Secretary, Department of Personnel and Training.
13. Raj Kumar has been appointed as Director General, Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC). Kumar previously held the post of Joint Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs
14. Barun Mitra has been appointed as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Defence, replacing J. Rama Krishna Rao.
15. Praveen Kumar has been appointed as Additional Secretary, Ministry of New & Renewable Energy and will depart from his post as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Human Resource Development.
16. Manoj Jhalani has been appointed as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.
17. Vasudha Mishra has been appointed as Additional Secretary, Department of
    Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances, replacing Usha Sharma.
18. Lalit Kumar Gupta has been appointed as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment and will depart from his post as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports.
19. Leena Nandan has been appointed as Additional Secretary & Financial Adviser, Ministry of Road Transport & Highways.
20. Jiwesh Nandan has been appointed as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Defence
21. Pravir Krishna has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Shipping as Managing Director, TRIFED.
22. Rameshwar Prasad Gupta has been appointed as Managing Director, NAWADCO.
23. Pradeep Kumar has been appointed as Project Director, National Disaster Management Authority, filling the vacancy created by the completion of tenure of Mamta Kundra.
24. Sanjay Kumar Singh has been appointed as Administrator, Universal Services Obligation Fund.
25. Vijay Kumar Dev has been appointed as s Director General, National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD), departing from his previous post as Deputy Election Commissioner.
26. Ajay Tirkey has been appointed as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Women & Child Development.
27. Rajiv Bansal has been appointed as Additional Secretary & Financial Adviser, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas.
28. Ravneet Kaur has been appointed as CMD, India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC), departing from her previous post as Joint Secretary, Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion.
29. Ali Raza Rizvi has been appointed as CMD, National Mineral Development Corporation, Ministry of Steel.
30. Upma Srivastava has been appointed as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture, Cooperation & Farmers Welfare. Srivastava will depart from her previous post of Joint Secretary, Ministry of Civil Aviation
31. Arun Kumar Mehta has been appointed as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change.
32. K. Rajeshwar Rao has been appointed as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Mines.
33. Manoj Kumar has been appointed as Additional Secretary,Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs and will depart from his  previous post as Chief Vigilance Officer, Delhi Development Authority.
34. Shailendra Singh has been appointed as Additional Secretary, Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion, taking over from Sanjiv Gupta.
35. S.K Dev Verman has been appointed as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Minority Affairs.
