As a consequence of designating Salahuddin as a global terrorist, the terrorist will not be able to engage in any transactions with any U.S. persons, and all of his property and interests in property subject to the United States jurisdiction are blocked.  The State Department, in a notification, said the terrorist has committed or poses a significant risk of committing, acts of terrorism.
