Keeping these things in mind The South Delhi Cafe, India’s first community eating cafe has come up with a concept of sharing food to avoid wastage. The debate over the size of the portion could be resolved by this.

The appetite of different people vary, so there is no proper measurement of the portion in a serving. Roma Malhotra, the woman behind this concept is very much concerned about the food wastage across restaurants and thus came up with this idea.
