An explosion has struck the entrance to a kindergarten in Fengxian in East China, according to local police reports.
Police officials are investigating the explosion, with reports stating that multiple people, including children, have been wounded and casualties are expected as updates come in.

UPDATE: According to reports from Chinese state media, 7 people have been killed and 59 have been injured after an explosion struck a kindergarten on Thursday afternoon.
