Zaghba was a resident of East London and is believed to be an Italian national of Moroccan descent. He was not a person of interest for the police or British intelligence agency, MI5
On Monday, the police had revealed the identities of the other two attackers as Khuram Shazad Butt and Rachid Redouane. Both the attackers are from Barking, East London.
All three attackers were confronted and killed by armed police officers within eight minutes of the first emergency call.
Khuram Shazad Butt, 27, was a Pakistan-born British citizen while Rachid Redouane, 30, also known as Rachid Elkhdar, claimed to be Moroccan and Libyan.
So far, 11 people have been detained by the police in a series of raids following the attack in which seven people were killed and several others injured. ISIS has claimed responsibility for the terror attacks.
Britain has witnessed the third terror attack in the last three months. Earlier in March, a man had driven a van into pedestrians and in May, a bomb attack was carried out during an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester.
