Pakistan’s infant gets visa after father requests Sushma Swaraj on Twitter

Sushma Swaraj played a key role in getting Uzma back to India, who alleged that she was forced by a Pakistani man to marry her and stay in Pakistan. Minister of External Affairs, Sushma Swaraj is active and all ears on Twitter.

Yet again she remarkably took prompt action when a Pakistani man named Ken Sid made a request on Twitter to get a visa for his ailing two and a half year old child to get treatment in India. The family was issued visa Indian High Commission in Islamabad on Friday to get his child’s emergency heart operation to be done in India.

Sushma Swaraj replied instantly to his tweet and she said: “The child will not suffer, Please contact the Indian High Commission in Pakistan, we will give the medicine visa”.

Ken was very thankful for her efforts after getting the Visa and he tweeted “It is heartening to see humanity prevailing despite many differences. Thank you for your efforts. Humanity prevails! God bless everyone,” Ken tweeted after he got the visa. He even went on to post a thank you message on behalf of his son. “I thank you all especially those who helped me to get through this process. Your prayers are always needed. God bless you all. Roohan Ken Sid,”,
