Indian women filed a case in Pakistan on Monday, alleging that her husband forced her to sign Nikah Namah in Malaysia over gunpoint according to the reports.

Uzma also accused her husband (Tahir Ali) of giving her sedatives, assaulting and torturing her. She is currently demanding for shelter in the high consulate of India in Islamabad, Pakistan and wants to get back to India.
Indian high commission is helping her out by giving her legal assistance and coordinating with Pak government to get her back as soon as possible.
Uzma came to Pakistan on May 1 through Wagah Border and on April 5 she along with Tahir came to Indian High commission for submitting the visa application. She slipped from Tahir’s eyes to take refuge in the Indian embassy according to the reports.
