An unusual form of cloud was spotted in Calista, Cumbria on Thursday. The tube-shaped cloud took over the skyline of the city. The metrological department has named has given a new name to this form of cloud ‘Voluntus’.

This unusual phenomenon was a result of strong wind gushing over the highest point of Pennines because of extreme weather. Strong North Eastern winds wrapped the clouds into this shape.
The spectacular cloud phenomenon could last for few days according to the metrological department.
