Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will pay a two-day visit to India beginning April 30 during which the two countries will explore ways to strengthen anti-terror cooperation and deepen trade and investment ties. Erdogan’s the overnight visit will come barely days after a referendum in Turkey on April 16 on whether to change the country from a parliamentary democracy to an executive structure led by the president.

Weekend Movie Review: Begum Jaan
Is the story of a feisty woman who runs a brothel and refuses to let go of it when it happens to fall on the Radcliffe line during partition. But using this plot and with the backdrop of partition, the director has tried to make too many points in this film and his style is definitely loud and crude. My interpretation is that he wanted to highlight the state of despondency of the people who unwillingly fell into the grind and more so of this marginalised section of society who never had a chance. But he kind of messed it up though the plot was potentially worth much more.
