Gopal Chaudhary, one of the independent candidates from Agra constituency, has a different view on looking at the elections and the promises made to the voters. Chaudhary made an ‘honest claim’ that he is contesting elections to make money and he has no intention to work for public welfare.
Chaudhary said if he wins the administrative officials will themselves come forward to help the elected MLA make money.
You can syphon off at least 25% of the money meant for the developmental work. There are much more ways that people will teach me later. Right now, I don’t know all the tricks of the trade. But after I win, the officials themselves will teach me how to make money.
