MODI’s pep talk for students to get over Exam phobia on Mann Ki Baat, 10 things you need to know

Date:

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday addressed the nation in his monthly talk show ‘Mann ki Baat’. In this, he talked about the exam pressure on the students who will be appearing for their board exams this March and wished the coast guards on completing 40 years of their service. Here are the 10 updates from PM Modi’s Mann ki Baat:

  • Tomorrow is 30th January, Mahatma Gandhi’s death anniversary, all of us will keep two minutes of silence at 11:00 AM.
  • We should all respect the armed forces of our country.
  • Exam time should not be a time of stress or sadness.
  • Condolences to the brave jawans who lost their lives due to the avalanche in Jammu and Kashmir.
  • Exams should be celebrated as festivals and that will bring out the best in you.
  • A happy mind is a secret for a good mark sheet. When you are tensed, knowledge takes a back seat. Do not let that happen.
  • Only studying for marks will lead to shortcuts and one will limit himself or herself. Important to study for knowledge.
  • I urge parents to accept rather than expect. Our expectations from our children should not get heavy.
  • People have told you often but I am saying again- do not cheat.Even if no one caught you, you know that you have cheated in exams.
  • 1st January coast guards will complete their 40 years of service.
