Mrs Mughda Sinha,IAS, has returned from the Central Deputation and has been posted as a Managing Director, Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation (RIICO) in Rajasthan. She is a 1999 batch officer of Rajasthan cadre.
She is an alumnus of prestigious Jawaharlal Nehru University. She completed her M.A. in International Relations and M.PHIL in International Diplomacy from JNU. She was the first woman collector of Jhunjhunu and was very popular among masses.
