The foggy weather in the National Capital led to delays in trains and flights. 53 trains delayed , 23 rescheduled and 13 cancelled due to the prevailing fog conditions.
Five (arrival) international flights at Delhi’s IGI airport were delayed, also the domestic flights were delayed (arrival:2, departure:1, cancelled:1).
Chennai goes offline as internet has shut down due to the cyclone Vardah, further it deepened the already prevailing cash crisis. The unavailability of internet affected operations at ATMs and rendered PoS swipe machines useless.
