Ramgopal Yadav undergoes check-up at AIIMS

\ New Delhi, Oct 28 (PTI) Expelled Samajwadi Party (SP)\leader Ramgopal Yadav has undergone a medical check-up at\AIIMS here, the hospital authorities said today.\ \\"He came here yesterday afternoon for a check-up,\\" they\said.\ The hospital authorities, however, did not divulge any\further details.\ Ramgopal, who was the national general secretary of the\SP, was yesterday expelled from the party for six years by\Mulayam Singh Yadav, accusing him of \\"hobnobbing with the\BJP\\".\ Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav had recently\sacked his uncle and SP state unit chief Shivpal Yadav, along\with three other \\"pro-Amar Singh\\" ministers, from his cabinet.\ Akhilesh\\’s father and SP supremo Mulayam, in a tit-for-tat\action, had then expelled his \\"pro-CM\\" cousin and SP\\’sational general secretary Ramgopal.\ Assembly elections are due in Uttar Pradesh early next\year.
