\ New Delhi, Oct 28 (PTI) Congress today expressed concern\over the 111 day curfew in the Kashmir valley and burning of\25 schools and asked the government whether it has any roadmap\to bring normalcy.\ \\"Does the Government have a Policy, does the Government\have a way out, does the Government have a solution, and does\the Government have a Roadmap or a Plan.
