Celebrities visit Hospital to enquire about Jaya\\’s health

\ Chennai, Oct 27 (PTI) Celebrity visitors including veteran\filmmaker Bharathiraja and lyricist Vairamuthu today visited\Apollo Hospital, where Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa\is undergoing treatment, and enquired about her well-being.\ Bharathiraja exuded confidence that Jayalalithaa will\return in good health following prayers of scores of people.\ He said people\\’s prayers had helped AIADMK founder and\former Chief Minister M G Ramachandran when he was hospitalised\in the 80s, adding \\"it will be the same for Madam\(Jayalalithaa) also.\\"\ National award winning lyricist Vairamuthu said\Jayalalithaa will return with the help of medicines and \\"her\determination.\\"\ Veteran actore Sheela said she was confident that the\Chief Minister will return soon as \\"she is an iron lady.\\"\ Meanwhile, AIADMK supporters continued to hold prayers in\different parts of the state for the speedy recovery of their\party General Secretary.\ Jayalalithaa was admitted to the Apollo Hospital here on\September 22 after she complained of fever and dehydration.\ Later on, the hospital had said she was being treated for\infection with respiratory support among others.\ In its latest medical bulletin, issued on October 21, the\hospital had said the Chief Minister was interacting and\progressing gradually.
