\ to the development of the state, Shah also mocked at Congress\vice president Rahul Gandhi for his promise to farmers that he\will help set up \\’potato factories\\’ in the state.\ \\"Rahul Baba does not know that potato grows in soil and\farmers of Mainpuri, Saifai and Etawah do not need a factory\to cultivate it. What they need is a factory to make potato\chips and it will be set up by BJP,\\" he said.\ Stressing that Modi government was working for development\of the state and was launching several schemes, Shah said the\\\"fasal bima yojna\\" has not been able to succeed in the state\as there is a dispute over commission between \\"chacha-bhatija\\"\because of which even the agency has not been finalised.\ Noting that Modi government was sending Rs one lakh crore\a year to UP, Shah said, \\"Nothing will come your way as it\will all be eaten up by chacha-bhatija and even if something\is left over it will be gobbled by Azam Khan.\\"\ Seeking support of people for BJP the way they extended in\2014, Shah said his party will provide good governance and law\and order like the time when Kalyan Singh was the chief\minister.\ Claiming that his party will get two-third majority in the\coming assembly polls, Shah asked BJP workers to resolve to\end the \\"gondagardi\\" of SP and BSP and ensure that development\became the order of the day with good employment opportunities\for the youth.\ Referring to state BJP chief Keshav Prasad Maurya\\’s speech\in which he had said that goondas will not be allowed to take\over polling booths in the coming elections, Shah said though\Central forces will be deployed, youths associated with the\party will take a vow not to let anti-social elements to come\out of their homes.\ Shah also referred to the martyrdom of a local youth Nitin\Yadav recently on the border.
