2 women murdered, valuables looted

\ Lucknow, Oct 27 (PTI) An elderly woman and her\daughter-in-law were murdered by unidentified assailants, who\looted cash and jewellery from their house in Quarsi area of\Aligarh district, police said today.\ Shanti Sharma (75) and Shashi Sharma (52) were allegedly\strangulated to death. The assailants forcible entered their\house and looted over Rs seven lakh cash and jewellery, they\said.\ The victims were alone in the house when the incident took\place.\ Police is probing the matter.
