A gunman in a police uniform open fired on worshippers at a shrine in Kabul on Tuesday.
At least 14 people were killed and 36 people were wounded, while worshipping on a Shi’ite holy day of Ashura. The attack occurred at one of Kabul’s largest shrines.
The attack happened around 8 p.m. (3:30 p.m. GMT),as reuters reported. Wherein an explosion was followed by gunfire. Angry crowd kicked the suspected attacker’s dead body. Taliban has denied any involvement.
Events like these have occurred at various occasions in the past years too.
