A breach in rocket’s helium system is seen as the cause of huge explosion, that occurred three weeks ago at Cape Canaveral on September 1. The Falcon rocket and a satellite were destroyed in the explosion, during prelaunch testing.
Analysis is still under process, SpaceX said. The reason seems to be “a large breach” in the helium system of the second-stage liquid oxygen tank. The potential of helium tank that busted was very high.
