Odisha’s Labour and Employment Minister Prafulla KumarMallick said the state has set up its own agenda to help thelabourers migrating to other states. Addressing the gathering, ILO Director PanuddaBoonpala said the conference is the first-of-its kind tobring together various states and national stakeholders onissues of national importance like child labour, inter-statemigrant workers, and construction workers.
