Jalpaiguri (WB), Sep 16 (PTI) One person was killed andnine others were injured, including four seriously, when anarmy vehicle hit them at Jalpai more in Siliguri today. The army vehicle, which was on its way to Siliguri fromJalpaiguri, first hit a cyclist, then a hawker, followed bytwo motorcycles and lastly a van this evening, police said. The hawker was killed on the spot after being hit by thearmy vehicle, the police said. Following this the police detained the army vehicle, itsdriver and a jawan who was in it. The four seriously injured were rushed to North BengalMedical College in Jalpaiguri and the rest were admitted toSiliguri hospital, the police added. PTI CORR KKRCB
