Three killed as bus rams into lorry

Guntur (AP), Aug 17 (PTI) Three persons were killedtoday when a bus hit a stationary lorry near Piduguralla townhere, police said. The incident took place in the wee hours when the busdriver felt asleep and rammed into the lorry, stationed at theroad margin, sub-inspector of Piduguralla Police Station,Mohammad Rafi said. The bus, belonging to one Vinayaka Travels, wastravelling from Hyderabad to Nellore. Two of the deceased were identified as GorripatiVenkamma (62), Gorripati Kameswaramma (68), while identity ofthe third person was yet to be established, the SI said.
