Pleasant day in Delhi

New Delhi, Aug 17 (PTI) It was a pleasant day in thenational capital with the mercury settling two notches belownormal. "The maximum temperature was recorded at 31.5 degreesCelsius, two notches below normal while the minimum settled at26.4 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of the year," a MeTofficial said. The humidity levels oscillated between 69 and 81 per centand no rainfall was recorded. Weatherman has predicted a partly cloudy day tomorrowwith possibility of drizzle in a few areas towards theevening. "The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected tohover around 32 and 25 degrees Celsius respectively," theofficial added. Yesterday, the maximum and minimum temperatures wererecorded at 34.8 degrees and 27 degrees Celsius respectively.PTI GJS SRY SCSRY
